No. Okkabaz is focused on pre-accounting and designed in everyday business language: issue an invoice, collect a payment, enter stock. The screens are intuitive; you can run your business without knowing accounting terms.
Yes. Okkabaz is designed to be multi-company and multi-currency. For Türkiye, e-invoice/e-archive integration and local tax configuration are enabled.
Yes. Your records are stored encrypted, backed up regularly, and accessible only to the people you authorize. Critical actions are logged with the user and date — and you can export all your data whenever you like.
No. Okkabaz is fully cloud-based. There's no program to install or server to rent. You log in from your browser and start using it right away; updates arrive automatically.
No. Our prices include VAT, and there's no line item beyond your plan amount — we don't charge per document or use a credits system.
Yes. You can export your reports and records as PDF/Excel. Your data is yours; even if you end your subscription, your right to export is preserved.
The 14-day trial doesn't ask for a credit card. At the end you can choose a plan if you wish; if you don't, your account switches to read-only mode and your data isn't deleted.
